At Useful Joy, we aim to make delivery clear and reliable.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days.
Estimated total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 8–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment. From time to time, free shipping may be offered as part of a promotion; any eligible offer will be shown at checkout.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow a few business days after dispatch for tracking activity to appear.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible at support@useful-joy.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@useful-joy.com with your order number and email address.
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and help with an appropriate resolution.
